Default 3 blue modules doing 4 watt

For sale 3 blue modules doing 4 watt of blue 445nm with Tec cooling

    Specs:
    Beam at aperture 4x3
    Divergence 1mrd.
    Dimensions housing: 102x58x47.8
Beamheight 29mm to match CNI and Laserwave,s

Price 1000 euro,s excl vat. That,s about 439 euro,s cheaper then a Kvant. Beamspecs are also better because Kvant has stated their divergence in half angle so they do acctually do 1.8mrd

The modules are tec cooled and is delivered complete with driver.
Housing will be the one in the picture below:

    Default superb

Hi Edison, i think i know what's cooking.
Got your quad red so i think it is similar setup, excellent quality materials.
For now i have enough blue at my hands but for people who are thinking about adding one of these i can confirm that it is rock solid.

Curious are there 8 didoes in this thing you mentioned (in the other thread) you prefer in your builds to use 2 diodes to make 1W. Thanks

Thats a good point. I ordered 24 diodes that are tested doing 1 watt at 1.25 amp. If someone wants to have it set on a lower power then its not a problem. The same with the beamspecs. If someone wants to have it matched with their chinese green unit that is usualy doing 1.5mrd then i can match it with their green. So its sort of custom made.

First post updated with price stated

Red tec cooled modules coming soon!!! Choice between 650 and 638nm or a mix is possible.

    Powers are 800mw 1.2 watt , 1.8 watt, 2.4 and 3.6 watt.

    Nice work Edison!

Also for 3.6 watts, are you using 24 red diodes?!

I use 18 diodes for getting 3.6 watt. Of course thats when going the 650nm road. 640 nm is less because 18x200mw of 638nm is 3.6 watt of 638nm and you have some losses in the optics

I wouldn't try to align myself all those diodes Too bad I have not enough room left into my satellites...

I can build also a real small longer red with 12 diodes stacked giving aproximatly 2.4 watt of red Its just that people have to trust me that help them where i can if they bought my modules. Most people buy a Kvant or RGB because of their reputation. Its really rock solid.
It took me almost a year top develop the system so i think its fair that i dont offer the modules for a half the price of a Kvant. 1000 euro for 4 watt of blue is fair i think concider the amount of money and time that i have put in developing this system. Every night i stayed up late until 1 o clock in the morning designing the system. Now its time to start with putting them on the market.
