Good grief that's fast dude. You got your own personal mailman or live next door to a Post office??

DTR,Check this out. I was driving one of the 9mm 445's @ 2.25A and got a peak over 3W.
While you were at it,did you try the M series at a similar setting to confirm that they are in fact identical except for the ESD protection and the larger die?
I don't think so. What does one do with a police box? Does it have a phone in it or can you make a citizens arrest and just lock the bad guy in it for a pickup.
Mine looks more like this.
The 9mm diodes are definitely more efficient as well as being better at dispersing heat. Another member sent me a pic of one hitting 3.2W peak. He is just waiting till he gets the whole project done before posting. I have only seen M series hit about 2.8W peak. The only down side is the diode sucks down over 5.2V compared to the 4.6V the M will at the same current which we are thinking may have something to do with the ESD protection adding extra resistance.
Well we are not sure why but the voltage forward is about .5V higher than the M series.
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
Another record breaker with this 9mm 445 was just posted over @ the other place.
