Default My New Range of 445nm Modules

Been working on a range for 445 modules for a while now.

All are full sealed including AR window and all aluminium construction (apart from brass mirror mounts) so the diodes have good heat sinking.

Currently got a 1watt module, 1.5watt module and 2.5watt module.

Heres how the paint actually looks in real life. i can do the lids any colour people want really, blue or black or any other colour.

photo with a camera flash which isnt how the paint looks in real life

    2.5watt module

    the 2.5watt module has a 4mm by 5mm beam at aperture and is 40mm @ 18 metres

the module measures 131mm long, 60mm wide and 35mm high, the input voltage can be set for either 9v or 12v

    1watt module

    The 1watt module has a 5mm by 5mm beam at aperture and is 15mm @ 18 metres which = 0.55mR

this tiny module measures 80 long x 56mm wide and 35mm high and comes with the required PSU. the psu is just as tiny as the module

    1.5watt module

This is the 1.5watt module, which is in the same size case as the quad. As the quad it measures 131mm long, 60mm wide and 35mm high.

    The beam is 5mm at aperture and 15mm @ 18 metres which = 0.55mR

This module comes with the same 6.5v psu as the 1watt module

a few forum members have my 1watt modules in their projectors and as far as im aware very pleased with them.

so if anyone needs any 445 modules just let me know.

im also working on a red module which ill post details of shortly.

    thanks

    Thumbs up

Nice looking modules. It'd be cool to do a 6 banger with 2 blues and a quad red.

Just out of interest because I pretend to have no money (aka I should spend it on more useful stuff): how many would one cost me?
Does it make me a nerd when I go to a party with my laptop?

Have you got any indication on the price tag? I'm looking into upgrading an old Medialas projector to 5W full colour (balanced) for a client of mine, so I may be interested in the 2,5W version.

did you ever do the quad red? 4 1338's would do about 800mw and fit on 3mm mirrors. I do it now but the quad kit I have doesn't hold alignment very well. edison's looked good but I missed out on it. Also it would be handy to run from 24 volts since that is what the scanner drivers use.
