Laser Warning Finishing my last RGB W/quad red

    Hi all

This is my first RGB with 4 reds.

    With PT30ks
Four LPC 826s reds and I like it. Doing 1200mW at the out put.
One 445 with 900mW at the output
    and one 250mW 532nm.

And a lot of help from PL members.
Specially thanks to: Dave, DrLava, 300Evil and Omar. For parts.

And Stanwax for the Colour correction board and Lens cleaner.(but that's another story).

Cheers and happy holidays to all.
    Ed

whoww I really like the design
Do you drive the 4 diodes with 1 P3?

I see lasorbs on each, but no resistances.

Can you show us some pics when it works?

    Thanks

Yes the 4 diodes are connected to one P3, series, so no need for resistors.
    Pics coming soon.
    Thanks,
    Ed

    Thanks Doc

I try to buy a case for this, but the price for shipping to Mexico, make me do it my self.
    But I think is OK.

    Cheers,

LOL. I thought that was how you burnt them in?

    Thumbs up

    Nice eye

I forget to take it out, and start to smell funny, then I look, and is smoking
And now back in business, just arrive new LPC-826s but now running at 420mA.
    Let see if they last

    Cheers,
    Ed
PS "I thought that was how you burnt them in?" (me too)
