Because i,m nearly at the end of the development of my own laser modules i cleaned out my workshed to make some room. I have 6 tec drivers availble and about 20 pieces of 20x20 peltiers doing 5v/3amp. The 30x30 are 8.6v and 8.5 amp.

I forgot to mention how small this tec driver is. The size of the tec driver is only 35x35 mm. A great little driver for building a quad on a peltier
