Building a palm-of-your-hand blue/green "module" that can be easily removed from an RGB projector for repairs and/ or upgrades. Includes dual 445s and dual 100mW mini 532 12mm laser units. What'chall think? It was a fun build. Almost done. Just got 2 more power supplies to build. And then comes the ML501P73s, hopefully .. anyway .. picys ...

if you want a decent 400mw green laser for under 200$ you can email o-like.
They are not the small cheap 12mm they are the larger 22mm 2W pumps. they are being driven at 1,500 to 1,600mw.
They even have a thermistor built into the driver circuit.
Looks cool.
The 22 may make it a bit bigger.

These are O-like modules. I like the compact ones. One is a 100mw the other is 150 and I have a 200mw on the way. I am having a bit of an issue with one of them though. Yes, link please?

Note that they do not just list the module by itself but if you email them and ask for it they will sell it to you.
granted its only around 15 to 25$ cheaper than buying the whole laser, but i did not want to have to worry about breaking anything to pull it apart.
You will want a 22mm drill bit or a 55/64 bit. (55/64 is about 0.006766732 to small)

if anyone uses any of the high power pointer modules they like to be run at the right temp if you want full power out of them.
my viasho oem only gives full power at 29deg, above or below that the power drops off quickly
so it used with a die4chill, and kept wrapped up in insulation, so it does not pull any heat from around it(also helps it warm up quicker)
can be very slow if used in a cold enviroment when not insulated
