Laser Warning 532nm 1.47W DHOM Analog.

Note: This sale thread was copied from LPF. I am the same seller. I don't currently have a computer so I needed to use my phone which is extreme difficult. If you need to contact me you can do so on either forum. I've edited out some things because I don't want to cause any problems here .

Here is the thread - http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/bi...und-71129.html

It really pains me to have to offer this laser in the sale thread... but life will go on.

Some of you may know... I had an unfortunate accident with my laptop which was <1yr old. Anyway I cannot wait any longer. I need a laptop!

For sale is a laser that I have not used very much <1 hour runtime on this unit.

1.47W of pure 532/green! This would be an analog DHOM lab laser. It is in flawless shape. Ill try to get some more photos if needed but as of now I only have these. This was supposed to go into a laser projector I had plans for... but I never got all the parts. So since I need a laptop MORE I'm selling this.

Note to buyer: This laser runs in what I can best describe as TEM11. However it is not noticeable unless you unfocused the beam or look at the dot over a distance. I've been told this is "normal/acceptable" for a laser outputting this kind of power. I just wanted to make sure all potential customers are aware of this before purchase. One may automatically assume it is TEM00.

    800$ + shipping.

Here is the dot at 25' away for anyone who may not believe me. That's viewed through my safety glasses OD7+

    Thanks for looking!

Jeff, I'm giving this a bit of consideration but two questions. One - what was it sold as, not what is it doing? Is it a real hot 1 watter or, an underperforming 1.5? Or a 1.2 doing fairly well? Just curious.

The other is... you need a laptop. Coincidentally, I just bought a brand new one that, I really shouldn't have spent the money for. My son is a computer science major and needed a new laptop for college and, I got a good deal by buying two. I need another laptop like I need another laser... it's merely a couple weeks old and I haven't done anything with it but "decrapify" the stuff they load on it new. I also made backup disks so you could just reinstall everything to factory if you wish. I can PM you with the particulars if you're open to a trade. (It's a 18.4" screen - so it's a BIG laptop but, very "shaweet" for movies/multimedia!) I'd be a little torn to lose it but, I've got 5 laptops already. Just a thought.

To answer your questions in order.

This unit was sold as a 1W. So I guess you could say its a REAL HOT 1 watter. I purchased it NEW but never used it for anything but show it to a friend or two and meter it. I'm selling it as used for that reason.

I may be willing to let this go for a laptop but just so you know ahead of time im looking at >1500$ gaming laptops Feel free to pm me though as I am open to offers or trades
