There is no option to send registered in the netherlands, at least not with the local post office. Just a normal letter, else its going to be a "package" wich is alot more expensive.
I made a clear photo of the letter.

And they are right this time. Paypal doesn,t charge when the payment is a gift. Many people transfer as a gift to avoid paying the 4% charge. That is a risk when the supplier doesn,t deliver. But that,s life you make mistakes and you learn from that. I made a few mistakes in life and i,m happy to admit that.
I might have a 1.2 watt red 638 soon. Maybe after this weekend depending on tests

Edison: I do believe they said they would help even if it was a gift payment once they have enough
reports filed to where they feel it is enough of an event to act upon him.

PP reports must be filed everybody, I am changing the list to contain whether you filed a PP Dispute & Police Report or not.. File people! add to the list people! if everybody
sees that practically nobody is doing anything then why would they? Dont just give up!

Borg so if the only way you can send a document to him with legal proof is with a package then DO IT FFS!

If you are not in the USA another thing you might want to look into is whether you could contact
    his state's Attorney General.

Those of you who received nothing who need the address he shipped from PM me for that info. (Do I/We even owe him the respect to keep that under cover?)

The List (Copy, Paste & Add Yourself):
    1) Tonyaztec, 1 set Cylindrical lens, ordered on PM he charged $50, 4 mounts @ $12, 1total owed $98.
    2) LaserCo, 1 CL set, 5 mounts @ $12ea. Ordered via LPF chatroom PM's, ending on my Droid phone for payment, charged 190.50, received my CL set, received no mounts. Total Owed $60, PP Dispute Filed?: YES, Local Police Report Filed?: Next week I will

One thing you all want to watch here is PayPal don't get the arse with those that sent money as a gift
For goods , they may well see it as you went out of your way not to pay thier fees, and freeze you account,or even bar you from having a PayPal account.
Just a warning they are funny fuc*ers like that
When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.
