I'm purchased a pair of Lava cylindrical lenses,from His site,for my mitsu 635nm LDs.
I'd contacted with him before the payment send,he told me,there are the lenses,for shipping.
It was two week ago,and no response to me.
Is it normal,or i wait for more,to come?
Okay,i heard about the new born baby,congratulation Andrew!
But why isn't he informs me about my order?Private masseges,what i sent him,not yet answered.

I think it's poor form to offer things for sale on a website and TAKE PAYMENTS if you're not in a position to fulfill the sale in a timely manner. Andrew should take down his website or get someone else to fulfill his orders.

Hi guys, just as an FYI, two things:

1) I'm not taking payments until the order ships.
2) Laserbee and JohnYayas above are not customers, Laserbee has a history of jumping on neagtivity, and JohnYayas, well, seems like he always has an axe to grind.

This weekend I'll have to to charge and then ship many order for lenses and P3s, plus other stuff. So you'll be covered epyn. If you look at my software user community, they are happy and also excited to give out new tips to new users. Just look at recent threads 'LSX tip thread' and others. Thank you for your patience!

I think what you mean to say is that I am not a customer today on Feb 24 2011...
I have bought a few items from you in the Past. Perhaps you should make that
clear before dismissing me...

You're lack of customer support on other Forums in the past year or so has
resulted in numerous Threads in the past year by frustrated members that
have sent you $$$ for products asking for your whereabouts because you
don't respond in a timely manner...

On one forum there is now a push to design new Boost drivers to replace the
FlexDrive since they can't get any into their hands due to late shipping and
basically ignored customer service...
A few of the new boost drivers look very promising and one is even a tested
Open Source design.
Members that have adopted your Flexdrives are looking elsewhere and it is
no one's fault but your own...

If I gave customer service to my customers like you do.... I would have been
out of business long ago...

BTW... if you spent as much time responding to your customers as you do
to respond to my posts... you would not have so many disgruntled paying
customers...

It's just Business 101...
