She saw a real rainbow that blew her mind? What was she on?

Actually, it's not an optical illusion like a real rainbow, it's stationary and in a fixed position...

    LOL.

Nice though. Shame there is no pics or video of it at night, or is there?

    This space for rent.

Yes that would be interesting. Possibly 10-15W per laser? Maybe 20W ? Too bad they aren't discussing the technical aspects of the show.

@ Dave, LOL that rainbow changed his life ..

I think the UK Authorities made a big mistake siting it there.

The laser should have been shone down the road / path to the main Olympic arena and terminated on the outside of the arena as was done in the foreign photos above.

That way it would have served as a path of light for people to walk under to the Olympic venue, a kind of guiding light, being horizontal it would have been brighter, and it would have had a real impact on the Olympics.

For those overseas about Whitley Bay:

I'd like a solid-state projector that is so powerful that it has to have water-cooling

    I heard it was 127W?

She said it's impossible to bend light, how come when I switch my partners hair dryer on and look through the air stream at a light source, the light is 'bending'???
