BUILDING 6.3W RGB PROJECTOR(expensive).. work in progress.. need more money

Hello folks,

PROBLEM = SOLVED !! everything is working now !

Next things to do :

-Red & Blue goes back to laser-wave for inspection
-New dichro mounts (smaller ones:flex mounts)
-New rectangle 20x10 dichro's
-Drilling holes for scanblock to mount it finally
-Tuning the colorboard & hopefully it's not difficult
-Glue the glass coated window inside of the aperture
-Try to get the case air-closed and swap the fans to create positive airflow

plastic fans are fine for the job, no need to search for alu ones. just add dust filters

Anyone experienced with safety features like a safety board for safe audience scanning with a high power laser ?

Sounds like your big budget, if so go for Pangolin's PASS system, the most advanced safety system on the market.

Failing that there are some cheaper fail safe's available, I believe Norty on here bought one recently.

haha thnks for the help.
i have some dust filters and alu filters but i dont know what to do,
i have been thinking to build 1 fan blow the air into the casing with dust filter
and 1 fan blow the air outside the casing with alu filter and normal safety guard.

haha yes it's a flesh eating plant.. sometimes i catch a fly and give it to him

As well as a safety board you are also going to need some serious distances or something like the Pangolin safety scan lenses to make it safe.

Thanks man for the HINT/TIP ! i shall google that stuff.. i never heard about it anyways.. but good to know that someone will help me with that important stuff.
Because i burned myself last time i tested the laserheads and the dichroics & hr mirror setup. That why i know now that i have the wrong dichro and hr mirror
But the new one are underway to create white light out of it.. i can be done now.. but i need to switch the green and blue one, but i don't want to, because
i have drilled the holes already. I know how dangerous the lasers are. that's why i need very safe feature to run the lasers in public.

BTW on the subject of safety, you still need to take measurements even with PASS.

From memory, PASS works by allowing you to set a safety zone and then a maximum power level within that zone which it will then protect at all costs. It also monitors scanner velocity for dangerously slow scans or failures etc.

Ohh yes the Dutch LEM looks great ! i have seen all the pictures and video's,
Next time i want to come over there if i can. this time i had not any money left and
i don't have a driving license and a car. maybe next year !

First i need to finish my build and see if i can get it all to work and
probably i will need to train 1 year before i give any lasershow to public.
Because i'm new in this business. Maybe this is a good thing for the future.
