I've recently completed another RGB projector and produced a video of the project. A video review of the projector and some of its components has been uploaded to YouTube. I noticed when I reviewed the video that my old camera really does a number on the projected beam. In order to demonstrate the divergence of the lasers, I intentionally misaligned each of the three colors to a vertical row of three spots, but when recorded the blooming was so bad that the individual colors are indistinguishable and a single 60-70 mm blob appears. And so, I have also linked to a short addendum video with the beams projected against a dark aluminum window screen and the blooming while still increasing the apparent diameter of the individual spots by a few mm vs. their visual appearance is a much better representation. I hope you enjoy it.
