Would you be willing / able to post-up a shot of the x-tal 'faces', specifically the 15W'ers? Easy to do, just de-cover them, and hold the cammy / xtal in such a way as to 'back-reflect' any overhead-lights (tip: a large panel-diffused fluoro or 'sky' is best...) in the face, thus, allowing for a good, clear shot of the xtal-face surfaces.. Yes, your cammy will need to be able to take a fairly-close / non-blurry shot - a snap of the faces from a meter-away won't help much...Originally Posted by coherentgeek

Here they are hope this is clear enough. I didnt have time to take the covers off, if you still need me to after seeing these I will sort it over the weekend. Can I just remind you that these have been in a box for some time and have not been touched or cleaned in any way...as for trades, I'm not sure at the moment... the only thing im after is an intro or pro card!

Thanks for making the time to take those pix / upload.. appreciate that..However it's still proving kinda difficult to 'evaluate condition', in-spite of your great pix - also appreciate your 'testimony' that these were 'in a box / not touched', etc, but - gosh - in-particular, this shot - http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...1&d=1361523271 - *appears* to look like someone 'cleaned the face with a brillo-pad'.. and then their old-toothbrush..
..Seriously, though - two of those *look* to have pretty-serious scratches / pits / possible-chips, and - that last-one - damage to the AR-coating..Perhaps just the 'lighting angle' / reflections, etc, but.. I'm sure you'd want to be just as 'sure', looking at something as 'sensitive' as these-are, from across teh interwebs, ya?
Curious if you've been the 'only owner'? Again, fully-accepting your testimony that they 'hadn't been cleaned', etc, but.. might-they have-been, by a 'previous-owner'? (..if there was-one..) I hope you don't 'take any of this poorly' / think I'm 'questioning your integrity', etc, just, again, I'd expect you'd be 'just as diligent', evaluating a purchase / trade, from across the globe..
