Congrats to dsli_jon and his efforts.Now... if we can just get something done about XStatic in Brooklyn... more will be right with the world.
here's a good candidate. 10W into the crowd.
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

The realization will hit them as Lucy is being hauled away. I have never seen a variance revocation letter before - great read! Holy cow - Dale Smith is still with the CDRH? He's been there as long as I can remember (BRH) - he must be 100 by now.

I spoke to Mr. Smith on another matter last week. Sharp as a tack. Sounded fine.

Just saw the laser FX revoking of license.
It's good to see justice win.
Personally I'm also soft on the Illigal shows (that being shows without a variance/license) as long as they are safe!
Simulating to get legal soon is off course nice.
However I'm not very soft on a show thats unsafe/dangerous.
Sometimes I do wish we had better regulation over here in The Netherlands.
At the moment when you see some really hazardous public use (private use is your own responsibility in the end if it cannot harm others then yourself) you cannot do anything then criticise or question their safety just to then get blocked or something.
Off course a nasty letter wont stop them but a heavy fine will![]()
