Kvant 642nm Red Module for sale.

this module is rated at 1.8 watts, I just measure it at 1.3 watts.
may need a couple diodes replaced to get back to spec. power.

asking 600 usd + shipping.

Open to offers.
Has 12 single mode diodes inside.
Kvant driver included, just add 12 volts!

They are single mode Opnext
The overall beam coming out is approx 4x4.

Loved looking inside, I'm half tempted to buy it to use it for another diode but would never remove those beautiful 642nm single modes.
