Default how to calculate price of manufacturing a PCB

I have the .pcb file and .bom file

    (
    http://www.ti.com/general/docs/lit/g...2&fileType=zip
    http://www.ti.com/lit/df/tidrhv0/tidrhv0.pdf
    http://www.ti.com/lit/df/tidrhv1/tidrhv1.pdf
    )

Is there an easy solution to calculate the average cost per PCB it would be for me to get this board assembled?
    Preferrably from china.

Have a look at this place. I got a sample run of 10 small boards made up and I think it cost me about 10USD including delivery!

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

Thank you but forgot to mention, the TI DLP PCBs are 6 layer.

The .pcb files are in the first link inside the zip file if you are curious what they look like.

most manufacturers give you a chance to upload your gerber files and get a quite before you proceed with the order... or even easier: You just need to know board dimensions.. amount of layers and you already have enough info for a quote.
6 layers is going to cost you a lot.

Depends on how much a lot is.
When I search for "pcb assembly quote" website results ask for more than just number of layers and dimensions.
I'd be fine with just uploading the .pcb and bom files instead.

Maybe you had better luck then me finding a service.

The problem is that you don't have PCB manufacturer ready files there; you need to run the PCB files through an appropriate PCB CAD package and generate all the layers, at a minimum it will be the Gerbers for 6 layers, plus the top and bottom solder masks, the drill files (there will be several if the boards have buried vias), and the top and bottom silkscreens; it's unlikley any PCB house will be able to quote you until you can send them all of those files.

huh, I admit I don't have a PCB design software on my own PC and only opened it with a viewer, but the layers seemed there...

So, you have the box the jigsaw comes in with a nice picture, but you don't have the pieces of the jigsaw - to draw an anology.

Ti jobs out (at least did a few years ago) DMD support to sales/support contractors who usually have the ultimate say on if you get to buy or manufacture DMD products. I know for a fact that the group I spoke to had boards and data available that were not exactly on the TI Factory web site.

Have you spoken to TI's support company, they might have some surprises for you... Maybe even OEM board stock.

    _
I went down that road for a previous employer about five years ago... Cant disclose the details, the dreaded NDA... Never finished the product, our demand for several thousand units was not large enough at the time.

    _
From what I'm seeing there, I'm not seeing a FPGA or a Video to DLP Processor, that board plot looks incomplete in that regard.

    _
Six layers is expensive, and since the signals are high speed and in parallel, with clocks, you have to use the exact class of board material that the TI developers used... In other words, a "Controlled Impedance" board material was likely used.. You have to specify that type of material in your RFQ or you may get something vastly different in speed and propagation delay.

Anyways, hit the manufacturing forums section of EEVBLOG for a better answer.
