I'd really like to be able to use a TDS 200 scope I bought from 'lasernerd' to check the pinouts, but the backlight inverter on that scope is bad so the display is very dim. He knew I'm sure, lesson learned about that guy.

Gentleman, you will play nice and take this to the sales dispute area, down in buyers and sellers review. Neither of you is leaving.

Right when we have a crisis brewing over who may own or sell lasers, it is NOT time to exhibit petty bickering. My post was to remove bad legal advice, and to maintain PLs reputation with the safety authorities, not to settle a personal dispute nor start a precedent. Nor is it a good time, to cause things that raise stress levels for someone we all care about.

Take it out of the lounge/admin and move it please to the proper area.

Forums don't need childish ultimatums like that.

If it all upsets you that much, leave.... but do it quietly.

From what i can tell this place is pretty much unmoderated and all the better for it (imho), it allows people to have fun and also say what they mean.

So unless Laser Ben decides his time has come, it's all down to you.

I don't much care for those sorts of posts, and they tend to go like water of a ducks back for me. However we are rapidly reaching the point where soon there will be more people 'jibber jabbering' than posting good info.

I agree that some of my posts may not be 100% textbook facts, however they still lie firmly at the other end of the spectrum on the "Eastender drama" scale.

Sort it out... lickety split!

(Lastly, I'd just like to point out this is a general shot, not aimed at anyone in particular; but if the shoe fits, take heed!)

I personally havent seen Laser Ben do anything wrong, but I have seen numerous threads with bad rep against you. Seriously, grow up, it's the internet, get used to it, cause you'll get a lot of it.

If you feel you need to leave, you don't need to make a freakin hate thread for it, leave silently, no one could really give a crap if you make a thread saying it or not.

My rant, but I seriously don't get how some people can get so emotional over a online forum ...
