LAStudio Abstract to ILDA file coverter

Does anybody know of a LAStudio Abstract to ILDA file converter? I have created some effects in LAStudio Abstract and want to be able to convert them to ILDA format so that I can use them in LiveQuick.

If you save them, they save as .lab files, if you export them, they export as .xlb files. LiveQuick doesn't seem to use these formats.

Just figured it out. If you right click the animation in the toolbar at the bottom of the program and select export, it saves it in one format. If you have it playing and select File -> Export, it saves it as another format. One would think that both of the Export options would work the same way, but they don't.
