Just wondering if anyone can determine the significant feature of the two abstracts below.
When someone guesses it, I'll post what it takes to recreate it.

I would guess, but I think you walked me through making something similar, so it wouldn't be fair.![]()

Hehe! It's frustrating sometimes to make neat looking patterns. I can sit here and make adjustments for 20-30 minutes before I have what I'm looking for. It's the reason I think the Pangolin abstract gen would be 100x better if there were an external console with about 2-3 dozen knobs!I have NO idea how to create a predictable, usable abstract!!![]()

I couldn't do that! Maybe if I have some free time I could put together some tutorials on abstracts. Wait, what's free time?!Do you accept PayPal for abstract lessons?![]()

Hmm, are you sure? I can't say much more without giving away clues, but unless I told you within the past couple months then maybe it was something else?I would guess, but I think you walked me through making something similar, so it wouldn't be fair.

I'd love to see someone put something together regarding how to get the best out of the LD2000 abstract generator. Even a few hints would be good
I find the abstract generator in LivePRO easier to use, in so much as I seem to be able to get better looking abstracts much easier. The only problem is you can't export the abstracts from LivePRO to use in Showtime.
When I watch shows like 'Money/Us and Them' or 'Take it Back' and see those abstracts i'm just awestruck. I'd love to know how to construct something like that and get it into showtime. I've messed with the abstract generator in LD2000 for hours and realise even minute movements of the sliders can have dramatic effects on how the abstract changes, but i'm still struggling to get those really cool effects that show up in the professionaly made shows.
Any hints and tips would be much appreciated
Cheers
Jem
