    Default DONE!!!!!

Just a small story.... When i was about 18 years old i was facinated by laserhows and i dreamed of standing on stage and giving away a beautiful lasershow. I tried to build galvo,s from scratch because buying a scanset was no option in those days. Now 16 years later with help and info from you guys i finally build my first Lasershow projector. Who saids dreams can,t come true

    A description of my Laserprojector.

Complete Aluminium housing build with 4 strong struth profiles and a
baseplate with a thickness of 10mm.

Scanset: Raytrack 35 Plus scanner with scanfailure safety.

Lasers: Laserwave 500mw/532nm doing 690mw after warmup
    Kvant 600mw/640nm doing 634mw

    Extra,s: Spacelasboard with:

    -High-tech compact two in one
    -128Gobos in the IC ( CPU )
    -24 channels DMX connector
    -ILDA connector
    -Sound connector
    -Auto-work connector
    -Address code connector
    -Safety key connector
    -Signal in/out connector
-Power / working status LED connector
    -Intensity Blanking upgrade
    -TTL&Anologue option connector

I want give special thanks to the following people who helpt me with building this Beauty.

Very nice clean build... Love the black and silver finish, makes it look very classy...

I notice the holes drilled and the dichro in place ready for some blue action Which wavelength blue are you planning on?

    Cheers

    Thanks marc

I,m not gonna ad blue with this one because in time i will sell it as a RGY prepared for RGB. I have a new one coming up that will be RGB in the near future. That case is similar to this one only this time its anodisized black with 2 fans in the bottom. Also the baseplate is prepared with 2 mm holes to fit 4 different brands of lasermodules. It has the smaller copper dichromounts and dichro,s with less powerloss. Also it will have a glass edmund optic window so the top section will be completly dustfree.
I like 457nm the most so i will ad a cni or hopefully a laserwave in the future if they will enter the market.

I also like the magnetic lid idea... Does that not have any effect on the scanners? I notice one of the magnets is directly above the scanblock...

The metal casing on the galvo's should be enough shielding from any external magnetic fields.

Very, very clean build, very well done!

No problems with magnetic lid holders what so ever. I used them because at every LEM everyone wants to look in the project so this makes it alot easier.

Sorry phil i didn,t mention your website but the hopefully the next order is enough to show that i,m happy with the support from you.
