    Thumbs up Jerry from bauer-ee.com

I just saw someone join the forum with a similar name, perhaps it's these guys but it prompted me to write this short review.

I got a 1W Laser Power Meter‏ from this supplier.

Initially I thought I was getting something else and accidently bid on this item. But after some communication with these guys we agreed on one of these. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=150309022771

    LaserBee I 1W Laser Power Meter http://www.bauer-ee.com/laserbee/LB-I.pdf‏

Before and after communication was brilliant. I was very happy with the instructions and helpful and prompt replies.

The meter is very accurate and easy to use. It was nice to see my dual Maxyz's sitting at a very constant power, and my other lasers dotting over the rated power.

It comes with some nice reset features so you can test more than one laser in one go. Anyway the product is great for the price and the seller could not be more helpful. Shipping was 4 days....zooom zooom.

That's a good point, a lot of the things he has bought were thermometers.

    Hey DB... ROFL... No...

that was an idea we had to come up with a lower cost hobbyist LPM.
We are always looking to give the hobbyist a bargain but this actual
    idea fizzled out.

Don't you just love the eBay feedback system...

    Hey FD...

there is no Thermopile in a thermometer of this type... what they
use is a Thermistor (a temperature sensitive resistor)...

What we use for the LaserBee I product is a Thermopile...

You can get more info and see the LaserBee I products here....
