Hi I purchased a laser that has built in animations and is controlled by bluetooth via a andriod app called Huoyue. In the app you can draw animations and text etc which are saved as a .pa file then you go to scene then seq and finally the end result is a file format called .TF1. The app is...

Hi There! I have a set of these. Here is a link to the PDF documentation: http://www.lasershowparts.com/files/Manuals/SCANLSP/SCANLSP20.pdf It's hard to read the actual labels on the pots in the picture in the PDF however the order in the potentiometer description should be the order in...

Oh God no. The control panel's pot was a fine adjustment not by any chance a master control. There could have been a resistor in the wire list to set the manual control's effect... I haven't looked yet.

Old Gas lasers available (must be collected soon) free of charge not up to air but in need of TLC. Barcelona Laser Company & I (along with many of my old clients) have gone bust due to Covid & Brexit combo, and it breaks my heart to scrap these old lasers but I can not carry on paying...

Be careful with believing what this seller states in his listing, I purchased 16 each "NDG7475" tin pin laser diodes which were not that diode, when I complained after finding out they were not that diode, too bad, I waited too long to claim on it. Robinson would not rectify the problem, I should...

Hi, Does anyone happen to know which pots are the servo gain, the low frequency damping, and the high frequency damping on this set of Pro20 galvos? (attached see picture). All the other galvos I've seen have the pots labeled on the circuit board. I would like to follow Adam's tunning writeup...

I hung out with John Fairstein (I'm sure he's here somewhere) a bit when I was still in high school and he loaned me his "Kiss 2" for a presentation I made to the entire school. When I unveiled it, I mentioned that there were others, but they were "for mature audiences only," which got a snicker...

Sorry for not mentioning the information in the graticule is extraneous. It's probably just the time elapsed since launching the window. The scale is zoomed so there are about 16 beats (a few seconds) per image capture. One can see the beats marked with the blue square wave which is the legendary...

Greg, I'm sorry but those images just confused me. +/-7.8 e+2 seconds is +/-780 seconds. That would be the longest song in LI^2 history. Maybe 7.8 seconds? I'm not sure what each trace represents. Did they really do some kind of spiral in/out inversion with clipping? I don't know, that might look...

Here are some screen captures showing this, and also a photo of the rebuilt spiral board which receives these signals plus a cycloid input. Annoyingly,...

i think this might count as eye melty ;) it's 405 and 445nm lasers being controlled by radiators and my ghost sine system onto a photoreactive screen. not a programmed show. just me noodling to the music and trying to drive three systems with two hands. enjoy!

From adat does mean I've already digitized those tapes. I used a Tascam DR-680 to record the 1/4 and the 8 channel adat tapes. You should be able to record the 8 channel adat tapes with the 24 channel deck and pull down the files via Ethernet. The Ethernet file transfer is amazingly slow BTW.

Noted. Confirmed that at present that is what is in the panel. Does "from ADAT" mean that you already have that data in some form stored on a drive? May I ask what you used to record 3 tracks at the same time when you transferred / digitized the tapes I sent? Ron: if recovery of an...

Hi Greg, Just to finally clear up a bit of information, I've been sorting through all my Laserium stuff to send and ran across several of the CYGN-B AM/FM pots - the center (AM) pot is 10K linear and the outer (FM) pot is 100K linear. The State Electronics part number was L20631.
