Just ordered some of each of these off fleabay.

The seller says that all 25pins are connected. Really good price but the shipping is a bit steep. All in all thought seems pretty reasonable.

Thanks for the heads up. They are worth a try for the price.
I'll report back when I receive them. Not sure how long that will be. I am in the Caribbean at the moment so am getting them sent to my shipping company so they can be forwarded on to me. Hopefully be 2-3 weeks from now.

I just got a bunch of both styles of these cables in today. I checked them with a meter quick to verify they are correctly made and the 2 I tested were good. They look pretty nicely made. The connectors all look good.
