New high power laser projector - infos about diodes layout

Hi guys!
i'm going to bild a new laser projector, now with 4W Blue diode and 2x Green Diodes: 1,2 and 1W together with PBS cube
all inside a big laserworld case (X1)
i'm thinking about the diodes layout, i wanna make space also for a future upgrade with red diode(s), what do you think is best for me?

big Kwant diode is blue diode, 2x laserwaves are green diodes (one P and one S polarized)
my idea is red nearest the galvos, green in the middle and blue at last, hare are some ideas, if you have some better feel free to say me ;)

I think you should put the module with the largest divergence closest to scanners.

Supposing you want to add a red module (638/650nm), my personal setup should be:
closest to scanners red, then blue and last the greens (greens last because the power).

You should check how well your dicro's pass the colours to decide - red may not be best next to the scanners, it may be blue.

Yes, I agree.:)

There is another thing to consider: usually dichros reflecting better than they transmitting.
Red is the most expansive color (637/638/640nm), so every milliwatt is... precious.;)
Probabily if you get the red ray passing thruogh two dicros (when placed last position, far from scanners), your loss could be at least 6-10%.
For a 2W red module this means to lose 120-200 milliwatts. It is not so much, but it is a "precious loss".
Anyway you said right: better thing is to test each single setup.
