LASER 613nm

For a phototherapy research project, I'm looking to have a 613nm laser at up to 20mW beam at 20 to 130 mm and <1mm beam ?

Could this be affordable and easy to get ?

Define “affordable”.

Does it need to be exactly 613nm?

I can recommend building a cryo cooled red diode laser like I did.
Have a look here

But 613nm might be a little deep for cryo cooling alone.
I got to 613nm with a little more power for the tec and a additional grating.
If <620nm is enough, cryo cooling is very much feasible and gives you the additional benefit of having wavelength tune-ability.
