This was a stupid mistake (and learning moment). The gfx show was preloaded but some final/fast adjustments needed to be made for the beamshow before the guests arrive. 2 frames of the gfx show got overwritten by the test frames but autoplay still thinks the gfx show was preloaded and didn’t notice the change in the 2 frames. (second frame is at 2:43)
