Never mind. I was just looking at the forward voltage on your pics. The last three were the same at 6.9v I assumed that you had set the ps to 7 v..

Yea I noticed they voltage did not go up much above 300mA. The last was actually a 6.9V-7V flasher. You can kind of see it in the picture.:)

The members over @ LPF pulled together to do a kill fund for two diodes. It may not be necessary to kill both after the data that has been posted but decanning one will probably be done to get a look inside. They will also be doing some cooling tests to get some better data than my freezer test.:beer:
