Ok, so Phoenix pro is similar to Laser Design Studio. Unfortunately, I don't know how to change the scan speed on that software. But assuming that your controller (the hardware that connects your computer to your projector) has a good, stable frame buffer clock you should just be able to set the scan speed at 30Kpps and be assured that it's right.

Hopefully someone will chime in here with details on how to check / adjust the scan speed in Phoenix Pro...

The PR scanners are well tuned in the factory. (Tuned to 30k)

Perhaps if you want them retuned you can return them for a retuning.

I got a dumb question... What are the PR Scanners?
