try searching for Viasho lasers, They're quite small for the power. Frank on this forum is a viasho distributor i believe, and he may be able to point you in the right direction

Maybe it's not what you are looking for, but the CNI OEM laser modules are very small

The higher powers do have TEC and acceptable beam specs.

When i am at home in a 2/3 hours i will measure the widht of my 1W green (which is SLOC, Shanghai Laser Optics Century which is a CNI clone).

The CNI OEM modules require TEC. I can describe a method that works well for me if you want to do this yourself
