If we meet here, I have drills and taps but no freq counter. Would a 2Ghz scope suffice for setting the PCAOM?

If the scope can measure frequency, using markers on screen, ie 76.12 mhz yes, it would get him in the ballpark. the numbers range from 40-90 Mhz.
You have a much nicer scope then I do......

The scope would help him figure out which colors the builder tied together as it only has RGB inputs from the ADAT.

I'll call NEOS right nw and see if I can get the switch settings, mine are listed in terms of MHZ, because I'm a RF dude and asked for it that way. There is a little port on the back that outputs a sample of the RF, you just hook a counter to it. OK, I got the settings for the course switches. The fine ones get set with a power meter or grating for best power.

Help him align for good 488, 514, 647 performance, I showed him how to do it a few weeks ago, then fill in the blank channels using the table below.

He does have working manual overide switches for each channel.

I may have to fly on company business this weekend, so I dont know yet....

So has an exact time been set? I just need to know where and when to show up. I'm driving home tonight to pack up my gear for Saturday. Hope everyone interested can make the drive!

That's too bad Steve, but I concur with mophead. Either location is fine with me. I'm about an hour in between Crossville and Chattanooga, so it doesn't really matter to me. You cant really beat a free venue. Your tire shop sounds like a great location. 300, what is going to work best for you?

    Hey Guys!
    I started a new thread here... http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...essee?p=133043

It seemed more appropriate to turn this into a LEM thread since that's what it has become.

UH,,,, you like farms and flatland I guess... One thing I do like about Indy is the NHRA US Nationals!

    I'm a big drag racing fan/driver.
