Cheap argon psu on ebay?

Do anyone know anything about these cheap argon psu´s on ebay ?

I am thinking about getting one but im not sure if this is a full psu minus the housing or just a filament supply, so do anyone know anything about these ?

I can tell you this, there are NO SP/JDSU/LASERDRIVE INC switcher schematics floating about....
