im being passed around from place to place at the moment, seems like no one actually sells these diodes!!!

I want one of these diodes. 150mA to get > 100 mW is impressive. Quantum efficiency is close to 30%!

Singe mode also.. im guessing the 1/2 watt diode is some sort of multimode rig.
