Wow excellent idea Jem ! Taking 'bout lasers over a beer (Cola light for me ;-) and having some fun "extending" the LEM a bit ! Do you want to do the LE-Meal (LEMeal) in the hotel or do we need to go to another place ?
On the website it says:
In the evening we offer an extensive dinner menu. We use local produce wherever possible & the finest meat & fish from long-established locally based suppliers.
Sounds ok ?

I'm happy to stay at the Ship for the meal, it's not too far to walk to bed afterwards
