You need to follow Hugo's lead and go OPSL.
Can get a max of 2W at 460nm, 2W at 480nm, 5W at 577nm, 8w of 532nm, 1W at 639nm as distinct units.
I'm not sure if OPSL units can be combined with cubes etc to increase power outputs, however 5w of yellow should give some pretty powerful mixes . Biggest problem with OPSL is getting enough red by the looks of it although 639nm should be bright.
Only problem is affording OPSL but if you're a company doing big shows I'd have thought they wouldn have paid for themselves in no time especially with tax write offs etc.
Another of Hugo's shows is here, not the best display necessarily in this one but I think its a great example of the 460nm blue (assuming he used OPSL for that) and some lovely red. Also the beams are amazing quality, the crispness of edges of the fans is just beyond belief.
