Now my biggest issue is Chinese New Year!
    I can get you this:

    - Diodelaser
    - 642nm +/- 3nm
    - >650mW
    - <2,6mmx2,6mm diameter of beam
    - <0,7 mrad beam spread angle
    - analog modulation 0-5V 0-100kHz
    - 75mmx48mmx45mm!

    European quality product.
    European warranty.

the downside is, it also got european pricing. (not cheap Chinese pricing) but well worth the price.

I placed 600mW 640nm against 1W 650nm and 640nm was visibly more visible. 650nm have slightly worse beam, but somehow the white balance is better.

Hey Maccarot..what's the price? Don't be shy..

He's so shy he didn't even include the price in the PM he sent me.

Does that mean it's a case of 'If you have to ask you can't afford it'?

As this is going in a RGY projector, the white balance is a moot point anyway, I just want a nice yellow.

So Martin, whats the Kvant price on that 600mW 640?

It's been interesting to find out what 'european pricing' means actually.

    RGB Laser 550mW = ~EUR975
    Live Lasersystems 650mW = EUR1300
    Kvant 600mW = ??

It's been interesting to hear the views about the LW modules too...

I thought that it is well visible that we have online shop, but for those blinded by lasers:

    www.synchrovision.co.uk

    600mW:

Better spec.? Hmm... I believe when I see ..one thing is what companies says on spec. sheet, another on reality (not saying anythinng against anyone!)

Oh my, that is a powerful laser and a very good price - 600 watts for €1100!
High-quality laser module producing bright-red coloured beam.
    Specification: Minimal optical output:600W

But you could've just answered the question

    So:
    RGB Laser 550mW = ~EUR975
    Live Lasersystems 650mW = EUR1300
    Kvant 600mW = EUR1120

Not much to call between them, all much more expensive than I have the money for though
