can u get support from the people that sold u the laser? I think if its under warranty dont touch it ask them first! could be a faulty mic but u really need to test it on a dmx mixer to see if the speed goes up manually.

It sounds like the mic diaphram or sensitivity pot might have a bad solder joint or busted...



It is fixable... also you could trouble shoot it by picking up another mic and a new pot.
