I'd have thought that was a risky projection. High power green (most probably pulsed given the fact that it appears to have been projected from some distance away) onto a metal surface (potenitally reflective) with a reflective millpond of a sea below. That said, I'm seeing no hot reflections in that picture so it looks like it was very well done.

You've obviously never seen the West Pier!

I think the last reflective surface on it was a good half century ago, and what isn't totally rust covered now, is covered in soot from the fire!
