Key switches (UK)

Hi

I'm looking for a small lockable switch that can only release the key in the off position. I've tried looking online but cannot fine one that meets that criteria... they all seem to have keys removable in both off and on positions. I would prefer a Uk supplier for reasons of shipping cost.

Any help, links would be appreciated
