Help with ilda file

Hi all
I have been trying with NLS and some other free software to make a nice looking but simple HAPPY BIRTHDAY ilda to use at my disco. When i do it the frame rate is to fast and it all blends in to a blur.
I know if i use DMX i could slow it down but thats not an option at the moment
what am i doing wrong and could some one make me one to try ?

Could you explain your process and maybe post your ILDA file. I am sure we could help you out a bit further. Are you using NLS to create the ILDA file?
