Thanks to everyone who helped me out with this. "bart" who did an EXCELLENT job with a very detailed test to help us sort out this issue.
As of today, Laserwave has fixed the lower impedance and all drivers will be shipped with a minimum of 10K Ohms impedance on the Analog input circuit.
Bart, thanks again my friend. you did a very thorough test which helped us alot!

Good question Stuka!
I was going to ask the same thing. What about us kids with the old drivers?

Do you know if thats really as of 'today'?As of today, Laserwave has fixed the lower impedance and all drivers will be shipped with a minimum of 10K Ohms impedance on the Analog input circuit.
I had 3 lasers built and shipped in the last month (received Wednesday this week), and wondered if these might have the mod already. I know the 640's have got Lasorbs.
I could ask Rob but I'm not sure he's aware of this thread or the work you've been doing with Bridge. Perhaps Bridge might be able to respond?
I'm not having this issue w any of the 3 I got from you Marc. Is the fb3 analog signal different than the QM32's? Because I'm still shotin full power from LD2000.

Norty-
I say "as of today" because this is when Bridge confirmed it with me. It very well may have already been completed for a week or more, i honestly don't know. However i will try to find out for you.
Many people were not having any problems with this impedance issue. In fact, more people were *not* having a problem than *were* having a problem. And of the people that were having a problem it only turned out to be pretty low mW's of power loss. Of course *none* of us like losing any mW. so its all fixed now.
Ian-
Good to hear man. Im glad theyre all still blazing away!

I think its more like people not knowing they have this problem
Its really noticable when chaining projectors, as soon as you connected the 2nd projector you could realy see a drop in power on both projectors.
Really looking foreward to the inputboard.
Anyone got pictures of the input buffer board Dan Briggs and Rob working on?
I agree 100% which is why we addressed it and fixed it immediately!I think its more like people not knowing they have this problem
