    Default Vitamin G

    Hello,
    I, m Bengal and I'm a lasaholic..
Ive been without 523nm for 2 days now.

Only the usual symptoms, shakes, vision in other colors, inability to discern straight lines.

My doctor says he has something to help me.
Some little green pills he calls Vitamin G.
It helps somewhat, but it doesn't work like the real thing.

Helloo, fellow laserholics. I prescribe a healthy dose of some Wicked Phoenixes to cure your symptoms

its funny the things we do....
the last few days as Ive been heading to the land of nod, as I leave my workshop/office I walk past a He-Ne, its setup & plugged in. I've taken to throwing the switch and looking at the beam for a few moments in the dark. Sure is a nice red light
I guess like most addictions you are resonably oblivious to it til one day the penny drops...

    keep enjoying the light.

Yeah, I've been known to just fire up my Argon for no good reason other than to just look at the beam for a while. But then I start playing with diffraction gratings and such, and before you know it I've wasted 3 hours and my wife wants to know when I'll be coming to bed!

Sigh. Lasers are an addiction. No doubt about that whatsoever!
