Default Fuse has blown what type do I need

    Hi,

My fuse has blown in the back of the power connector on my laser and I need to get a new one very quickly. I think the numbers on are T2AL 250V does anyone know if this is correct or can give me an alternative fuse number that will still work?

    thanks

If your laser keeps blowing fuses, you might want to get it looked at. If its under warranty , I would return it to the manufacturer. Your diode laser or power supply could be starting to go bad.

That or you have added something to it which is drawing too much power. Though, if you haven't modified it, you should get it checked out, cos when a fuse blows, something is wrong!

It's my own laser build. Rob at Laserwave got the laser finished for me last Saturday. He said it was something to do with one of the drivers. I can't remember which one now, but he said as soon as you flip the switch there was a sudden power draw because of it, which sometimes blows the fuse. I think I've got that right what he said? It was along those lines?
