Like it says over in http://photonlexicon.com/forums/view...asc&highlight= - Laser Safety

Make damn sure you have proper eye protection for yourself and for your guests.
Even if its at your home..

There are many types of Glasses and Goggles out there that will do the job.
(tha's what Marconi opened the topic with...but it applies not only to lasers, but that great unregulated orb up there, too)

-I, too, am from the same Sunshine State...you can always tell regular locals from tourists by their pale skin and sunglasses :P

Did someone mention my name?

Yeah, I've got the pale skin and the sunglasses. I really shouldn't, since we get plenty of sunshine here in Charleston. Plus I used to spend a lot of time in the boat... But lately I've been stuck inside, and I'm starting to look like an albino!

Generally speaking, it's the tourists with the all-over tans, and the locals with either the white-white legs of death or the sunglasses - line across the bridge of the nose :P
