    Default Mysterious elements in BluRay laser sled

    Hello! I disassembled an SF-AW210 laser sled a few days ago. I can't figure out what's the function of two optical elements there. Thay're placed just before light detector in CD/DVD reading beam path, I marked it with a red rectangle in the attached picture. I suppose it's some kind of beam correction, but what exactly they do? Any ideas? I haven't seen something like this in any optical drive laser sled before.
