    any heads up on bare 635nm diodes??? i want to use thos with dichros to get the best beam over all..

    635 bare diodes ? you have to take a PAR36....

    I think it's possible to improve the spot of those bare, but who will find the good lenses ? and the price ?

    how are you able to shoot two beams on top of each other. IIRC you have two dual aixiz holders that will not allow that to occur. You would need 4 separate aixiz holders so that one can be shimmed.

    Did you not understand my post ?
    You will never get the beams to line up
    unless the diodes are set to the correct height
