Default ALC 60 and cooling fan

I have surplus an ALC 60 and a nice large Cooling fan.
I can't show it running as I don't know have a PSU to run it from but I did test it when I first got it and it ran very well. Fired second tick of the HT and ran like a dream, however I have no idea of actual output power as I didn't then have a power meter.

Looking for £110 for it with Free UK delivery.

Overseas delivery will be around the £60.00 GBPounds area.

    Paypal payment or COCollection.

This is just a bare bones tube awaiting an OEM or home built PSU etc.

IIRC the 60X also runs at a slightly lower tube voltage as well.

No way in hell. You'll damage the tube and destroy the power supply, both in short order.

See this entertaining post from Steve Roberts to the alt.lasers newsgroup over 3 1/2 years ago for an explanation of the gory details. It was posted in a topic that I had started about exactly this same idea, and his reply was so interesting (and shocking!) that I still remember it even after all this time. (It figures that if anyone had conducted the experiment, it would have been Steve!)

Kids, don't try this at home... Uncontrolled RF plasma in air is a bad thing, especially when it's inside your PSU!
