    Default Urge... To... Kill.... Rising....

So, A week ago I listed a laser head on ebay:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MESO:IT

It went for $611.50, which I feel to be reasonable, after 4 days the buyer contacted me and 3 days later he became unresponsive and wouldnt return emails.

    So, I relisted the item:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MESO:IT

And the SAME bidder who didnt pay the last auction entered a bid 6 seconds before the auction ended and snagged the item for $370.50

The way I see it He owes me the previous auction price and this auction is null and void.

    Tell me what you think...

You should have been here, the second I saw his name as the winning bidder I started throwing shit around the room.

    Idiots make my blood boil...

    Deadbeat. Figures.

If he was nonpaying bidder on previous auction, halt the sale and email him with previous invoice, while alerting eBay staff of situation at hand.

    Just a thought. Good luck!!!

Man, that sux  Dob him in to ebay....... have you already filed a non paying bidder report? he is bound by the first auction. And, and the second. Make him buy both  (get your hands on another laser......)

What an ass wipe. I would have tottally clicked out and started smashing stuff up too.

Report the incident to ebay and let us know how you go.

Actual people at ebay? I thought it was all automatic and the whole thing was run by one guy. From a chair on the beach.

Actually, I think it's semi-automated...you got a scatter of people with GEDs who quickbrowse letters, then poke REPLY drop-menus, which generate personalized automated responses like, "We are pleased/sorry to inform/suggest you ..." etc...

That's my take on it. So dissipated in responsibility that it runs itself and pays its shareholders in an automated account, run by no one person but a pack of HS grads and a few well placed computer programs.

Like our government, on small scale (I did not say *that*!)

OK, my shut up now. Yes, I'm prepared for the hate mail.
