Diode cooling

Is there a place to buy TEC's to use on test diodes? I've been playing with some diodes and drivers, but would like better cooling than just a heat sink. can these be bought stand alone or must there be a sacrificial laser. Appreciate any direction you could point me.

I purchased my TEC's and TEC controllers from MechEng3....This is what is in his projector and what is in mine. The controllers are nice, easy to use and low priced !!! Get with him !!I have more details on the controllers...but I bought them from him. Later !!!
