In light of the problems that Spec, the forum janitor, is facing currently I think it would be a good idea to give any proceedings made from the Surfleet LEM directly to him. This means the overflow cash that we normally accumulate to put towards the Sunday raffle prizes, part of which normally goes to Spec anyway, will now ALL go as a single payment to Spec for his troubles.
Chris & Rob had both mentioned this and I had been previously discussing it with Dawn, My partner to be a good idea.
I would still like the normal door prize raffle to take place so if anyone has anything at all to throw into the pot then the more items the merrier
Anyone who has a problem with this for whatever reason please shout up.

Bloody good idea Jim,
I'll only be there for the saturday And Sunday, but i'm more than happy to pay for all three days, plus some extra 'for the cause'

I will do what I did at the last LEM and have a list of peoples names on the wall not only for me to keep tally but for others to keep visual record as well.

Anything over the £250 we need for the hall payment will go to Spec.

I will donate for door prizes, one of my Ilda interface boards plus one of the colour correction boards (assuming they arrive in time). They can be raffled as a pair or can be split to two prizes as you see fit

I've just been having a review of this thread.

• So there'll be fireworks and balloons but no heating (must remember my thermals as I recall it was tres chillie the first time).
• Danny boy is sleeping with Andy (ooo-errrr).
• Our names will be crayoned on the wall by Mini-Smog.
• The Dancing Girls will be making another non-appearance.
• There'll be oodles of colour (espesh' Blue).
• Jem & Dimitri will leave much fatter after 3 days of living the high life in The Ship.

Sounds like another legend in the making.
