A man with a drill stand not much bread but a good helping of ambition getting on with it despite no lathe/mill/money etc. - Brilliant!

Is that thermal glue I notice round what appear to be aixiz holders?

Dying to see the adjustors.
I made a few with plastic inserts threaded with 3mm SS allens and tips rounded off in drill with a file, and V groove with glued on masonry nails.
Looks dodgy but works a treat.

This looks promising, I really like the design. The mounts look interesting When you say the 642nm reds and, considering your earlier post referencing the 250mW ML diodes, do you think these beam specs will be achieveable with those diodes?

Wow.... will this be 638, 640 or 660nm or 445 ?

How far offset are the upper and lower row? looks like a lot more than 2mm? You may have some issues there..
